The Design Dish :: Camp Luxe Wedding

Who knew summer camps could be so romantic?!?!

I just love the idea of marrying your honey in the woods under some perfectly quirky DIY bunting banner.  And I simply LOVE canoes ((which is *pretty* obvious from our recent feature on 100 Layer Cake)), so why not use it to chill some cold ones?

And what would a camp wedding be without s’mores?…Such a perfect little snack for your guests in between the cha-cha and the electric slide.

The possibilities are truly endless for a summer camp wedding! The team and I am just dying to make this inspiration board a reality!

If you’re looking for someplace to actually camp overnight, you might consider Bastrop State Park. There are cabins on-site as well as camping facilities. If you’re looking for someplace that is rustic and elegant and has a camping feel, but no overnight facilities, I highly, highly recommend Camp Lucy in Dripping Springs! We’ve worked in both spots…let us know if we can help as your wedding planner.
