You see, modern culture doesn’t want you to realize that everything you need to get off this crazy train is well within your grasp right now. It instead wants you to keep consuming, keep falling off the wagon, keep shaming yourself to only repeat the cycle over and over and over again. Yo-yo dieting is a trap… and you know this, you ALWAYS regain the weight back (if not more). Enough. Time to choose something different.
