Favorite quotes from this episode:
[04:51] “What we want to do is we want to map out the customer success journey and think about the starting point for them as being your smallest baby offer that’s going to offer them a quick win.“
– Mariana
[14:08] “The three phases [of a launch: pre-launch, live challenge, reminder/close phase] and I like to plan them out and have those dates on the calendar ahead of time because that will make your life so much easier. Then you can work backwards. And do whatever you need to do in terms of outsourcing”.
– Mariana
[28:03] “I [like to] do a fun bonus. I do these time-sensitive bonuses because I would start new classes within that program that were running every time that I would do a launch.”
– Mariana
[46:51] “I like to think of an engine like heating up your house. So the fuel is your visibility, it’s going to be attraction marketing. It’s going to be how you’re attracting people in. And then I have a section called ‘connection’ because you want to have people, whether it’s you or someone else in your business doing outbound sales, as well. So that’s people reaching out and connecting with new people for you or you doing it yourself and bringing them in. So there’s two tracks that fill that center of the house. Then we move them into the commit phase. The commit phase is where they’re in your email list or in your Facebook group. It’s a stronger bond and connection and they have shown interest in you. It’s not just you going after them or like or them just seeing you once or twice on their feed on social media. So that commit phase and then we move them into the actual launch. So that’s the conversion event, whether that be a webinar or a challenge or a sales call.”
