1-1 Business Coaching:
Coaching work will focus on…
- prioritizing monthly tasks on your 2020 strategic plan,
- helping you maintain focus on the highest yielding tasks (and delegating the rest), so you can hit your revenue goals with ease
- helping you build solid leadership/management skills as you lead your team to drive results
- advise you through the process of attracting more local/remote business as you plan towards future maternity leave
- continue to open my network to you, for example, introducing you an Event Marketing colleague who could be a potential partner to collaborate with and information share with that could help boost your business
- support during launch month of the blog (February) and selling months (March + early April), ensuring you are focusing on the right tasks that will keep your sales pipeline full through Q1 and beyond for site selection work
- a constant running partner to bounce ideas off of, ask questions, and help you laser-focus in on the highest yielding tasks (that will drive new sales and grow the business) in each phase
- help you create a mentoring plan for each person on your team (Nichole & Mackenzie), so you know what topics/tools you need to train/mentor them on and when in 2020, to keep them engaged, empowered, and working at their highest productivity. In essence, training you to be a super mentor!
Virtual Assistant (VA) bank of hours:
VA hours will can be used in one of three ways:
- website/blog refinement,
- simplifying your internal systems/processes, and
- actioned admin
Our VAs are experts at…
- putting the shine on your pre-built website,
- launch your blog,
- create blog templates and assist in scheduling your SEO-rich posts
- ensure brand consistency
- integrate tools like Mailchimp, calendar schedulers, and more
- helping you clean up the backend including business structure tools
- training manual creation
- Google suite migration
All things that will help you make this 3-year financial plan a reality. Most clients find they need 10 hours per month, but you might want to front load the work prior to your Feb 2020 blog launch.
Additional 5-hour bundles of VA time = $225 USD (a cost savings of $25 per bundle!)
TOTAL INVESTMENT: $710 USD/month x 3 months = $2130 USD for three months of support
