Georgia Peach

Fun fact: today is National Toasted Marshmallow day, so of course we have a cocktail to help celebrate with! While marshmallows are usually thought of as foods to be eaten by a campfire in a s’more or a tasty topping to thanksgiving sweet potatoes, this weeks signature cocktail – Georgia Peach – is a great and creative way to use that marshmallow vodka you just haven’t figured out what to do with.  While they may seem like a strange combination, the natural sweetness of peaches and the sugary goodness of marshmallows make for a winning combination. So get ready, this Georgia Peach might become one of your new favorites!

Ingredients

-Marshmallow Vodka

-a handful of marshmallows

-Frozen peaches (skinned and sliced)

-4 ounces tonic water per cocktail

Directions

Thaw the peaches and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Once thawed, drizzle with marshmallow vodka and bake at 375 degrees F for 20 minutes or until tender and soft. Be generous with the vodka, it will infuse the peaches and make them sweet and moist.

Once roasted, allow the peaches to cool to room temperature before adding them to a tall glass filled with ice, then top with tonic water and 1-2 ounces of marshmallow vodka. Garnish with slices of large marshmallows and serve.
