• What do you get when you put 300 of the top Central Texas wedding vendors in the same room together?  One EPIC party!

• The Simplifiers were thrilled to design and produce The Knot Austin Market Mixer, showcasing the best of the best in Austin.  When we were chosen as the event planner on the project, we knew we had to bring it…and bring it BIG!  In brainstorming the concept, we were given 100% creative license by the big wigs at The Knot, blessing our fantastically, creative ideas all along the way.

We knew we wanted to create something different.

And that we did.  Our overall design vibe was: geometric thunderstorm.

Sophisticated, beautiful meets geometric modern with an edge…Indie different and totally RAD.

• We transformed a downtown warehouse space into an indie multi-level, multi-sensory experience with hanging tables + cakes, interactive lighting, a blo out beauty bar, upscale jelly shots, two playful photo booths and a confetti drop on the packed dance floor at the end of the night. Why yes, that’s how we roll.

• This party was one for the books…the giddy ooohs and aaahs heard everywhere that night were a delight.  It’s quite the feat to impress wedding planners and vendors who’ve seen it all.  And we (like to think we) showed them a few new tricks to consider!
