Mon, 13th – Sat 18th November – 7:30pm – The Widowing of Mrs Holroyd – The Lace Market Theatre
Mrs Holroyd dreams of a better life for herself and her two children than a tiny cottage in a Nottinghamshire mining village. D H Lawrence’s 1910 play is a gritty reminder and exploration of what life was like for many in the area a hundred years ago.

Weds, 15th November – 7pm – Don’t be S.A.D Be Happy – The Tiger Boe Centre
If you’re tired of feeling low all winter, you might find this free workshop useful.
Using an integrated approach, from both experiential and evidence based research, Holisitc Pharmacist Dharminder Singh & Doctor of Chinese Medicine, Kat Chu, will talk through affordable, accessible and alternative options to tackle S.A.D, Depression & Anxiety and their related symptoms.

You might not have visited this venue before – It’s a couple of minutes walk away from Canning Circus and is also home to one of our favourite bakeries. Visit this Thusday and you can take in 5 different exhibitions in one night, alongside drinks and food from the Small Food Bakery.
