Kelly Simants - She has over 25 years of experience in Human Resources and is currently a Senior HR Consultant with Nevada HR Team where she serves small to medium sized organizations building out best-in-class HR practices.  She also is the Founder & CEO of My Resume Team, helping candidates navigate the often daunting process of navigating the career search.

Previously, she was the Vice President of Human Resources for the National Breast Cancer Foundation. She was also Director of HR for Starbucks, as well as working in leadership/HR Generalist roles for Accenture, WatchGuard Technologies, and HomeStreet Bank.  Kelly has lived in the Dallas area for 15 years, and is originally from Seattle.  Outside of work, Kelly loves spending time with her husband and two young boys, traveling, and playing tennis.
